Risk analysis using a turtle diagram

The manuscript shows an example for the knowledge store. It

covers an injection-moulding process, in which interior bezels for
headlights are produced from fluidized plastic granulate by an
injection-moulding machine.

Notes:
Granulate -> conversion by injection moulding -> finished interior
bezels for headlights

1. Using a turtle diagram, draw up a complete risk analysis

A question to help you:

Referring to the individual process stages, what risks may be
seen on site in the manufacturing process during a tour of the
process?

Note the individual risks on cards and place these on the process
stages in the turtle diagram on the Metaplan board.
