Respected chief guest, guest of honour, our principal, vice principal, teaching and non

teaching staff, honourable parents and our enthusiastic students, good evening to you all
and welcome to the annual function of VVFGC.

Annual day plays a vital role in the life of students, teachers, parents, schools and colleges.
It is the day that marks the outcome of the whole year and how students are being
developed all round.

At the very outset, I would like to request our chief guest to inaugurate this celebration by
lighting the lamp with our guest of honour and our principal.

Thank you dignitaries.

Now, our annual day function begins here. I would like to give you an idea of today’s
function and its flow of events. After lamp lighting, there will be the felicitation of the guests,
welcome song, annual report by principal, guest introduction, prize distribution, chief guest’s
speech, cultural program which includes music and dance and then the formal ending with
the vote of thanks.
