AFFIDAVIT of SUPPORT

I, JACQUELINE TAGORDA, single, of legal age, Filipino, with complete address

at 701 Kensington Lane, Livingston, NJ 07039 USA, under oath, do hereby depose and
say THAT:

1. I have known MS. ELIZABETH SENAGAN LAYGAN been serving our family as
their “family nanny” and “house help” for more or less fifty (50) years now
wherein she served us with all her loyalty and to the best of her ability;
2. We offered her a vacation in the United States of America specifically at 701
Kensington Lane, Livingston, NJ 07039 USA, wherein we promised her an all-
expense paid trip for more or less two (2) weeks;
3. We are giving me this trip as an expression of our gratitude and we wanted to
show her places in the United States of America as a reward for the long years of
her dedicated service to the family;
4. In addition, this vacation will be a perfect opportunity for us to catch-up as we
have not seen each other due to the restrictions imposed during this pandemic;
5. I am undertaking that we shall provide financially for the round-trip ticket, board
and lodging while she is in the United States and pocket money for the
adventures we will share, and support her in the visa application process;
6. In addition, I can guarantee that she has more than enough savings in her bank
account that can finance her stay in the United States of America and she will not
be a burden to the American government and society; and
7. I am executing this Affidavit to attest the truth to the foregoing at the same time to
comply with the requirements of the United States Embassy in Manila,
Philippines in accordance with the B2 visa application allowing leisure, tourism or
medical treatment.
