Sanitization of the society after the festivals

This is to notify that our society is going to get

sanitized after the festivals. As decided by the
members in the meeting the sanitization will take
place on 18 Nov from 10am at club house of the
society.
Every is advised to kindly coordinate in the process.
As in this pandemic its very important to take
prevention for the wellbeing of the society.

 The meeting was called on 09th of November 2021, it was held
at club house, as it was called by the secretary (Anjali Mishra)

 Decision taken

1) Sanitization to be done in all the blocks of the society

2) The lift won't function from 11am to 12 pm for sanitization
process.
3) The entire compound including parking lots will get
sanitized

 The agenda was approved by Shanvi Mishra (President)

 The meeting was adjourned by Nikhil dey at 12pm, the next

meeting will be held on 28th November 2021 at 1 pm.
