RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING HONOURABLE MAYOR MARYJEAN D. FELICIANO TO CAUSE THE TWO
UNITS OF MATERIAL RECOVERY FACILITY (MRF) OF GOV. ALFREDO ABUEG SR. NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY AND
VOCATIONAL MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL

WHEREAS, the Gov. Alfredo Abueg Sr. National Technology and Vocational Memorial High School are practicing
and continuing the program BASURA MO, SEGGREGATE MO which play a very important role in instilling environmental
awareness, consciousness and responsibility among the members of the school community, particularly on the ecological
way of managing waste.

WHEREAS, Gov. Alfredo Abueg Sr. National Technology and Vocational Memorial High School needs a redemption
area for the recyclables, a composting area of the biodegradables and a loading area for recycled or repurposed items
from discards.

WHEREAS, the Material Recovery Facility or the MRF of Gov. Alfredo Abueg Sr. National Technology and
Vocational Memorial High School will serve as sorting discards area into categories and keeping it clean and segregated.

WHEREAS, the Supreme Student Government Officers (SSG) will be able to encourage the value of practicing the
3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) to prevent and reduce waste and conserve resources.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by Gov. Alfredo Abueg Sr. National Technology and
Vocational Memorial High School General Parents-Teachers (GPTA) in session duly assembled to request Honourable
Mayor Atty. Maryjean D. Feliciano to cause the provision of Two Units of Material Recovery Facility (MRF).

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Office of the honourable Mayor Atty.
Maryjean D. Feliciano, for her information, reference and appropriate action.
