URGENT MOTION FOR EARLY RESOLUTION

Respondent ________________, by himself, and to this Honorable

Commission, respectfully avers that:

1. The above-entitled case is an administrative action for Grave

Misconduct which was forwarded by the Napolcom Regional
Office No. 3 to the Napolcom Central Office on ____________ for
final disposition of the Commission En Banc;

2. More than six (6) had lapsed but herein respondent had yet to
receive action or resolution from the Honorable Commission En
Banc;

3. Herein respondent already filed his application for optional

retirement effective ______________and the resolution of the
above-captioned case is a requisite for the processing of his
retirement papers;

4. Thus, herein respondent is requesting for the early resolution of the

above-captioned case so as not to frustrate justice.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed before

this Honorable Commission that a resolution be rendered in this case
based on evidence presented.

Other reliefs just and equitable are like prayed for.
