BUA considered by circulation area = 25 % of 4880 = 1220 sq. m.

Built up area available for residential = 3660 sq. m.

BUA OF 3 BHK = 99 Sq. m. (10% of carpet area)

BUA of 4 BHK = 220 sq. m. (10% of carpe area )

Assume,
3 BHK = 60% and 4 BHK = 40%
BUA of 3BHK = 60% of 3660 = 2196 sq. m.
No. of 3BHK = 2196/99 = 22.1 = 23 no.

BUA of 4BHK = 40% of 3660 = 1464 sq. m.

No. of 4BHK = 1464/220 = 6.6 = 7 no.

TOTAL NO. OF FLATS = 30

CONSIDER 3 FLATS PER FLOOR,

No. of floors required for the building:- No. of flats = 30/3 = 10 floors.
