The agenda that the teacher has prepared during the Virtual & Face to Face
Homeroom PTA meeting was the following;
- Re-orientation for the incoming face-to-face class.
Schedule of learners.
Schedule of Distribution and Retrieval of LAS.
Learners supervise Recess.
Student’s materials.
Student’s Health Condition (Health Declaration Form).
Other Matters (Birth Certificate & Reading level)
The Grade 1- Dahlia parents were re-oriented by the teacher about the incoming
limited face-to-face classes on March 17, 2022.
The students of Grade 1- Dahlia has a set of four classes. The class begins from
Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 A.M to 11:45 A.M.
The first set of students will have a class in the first week, and the next week will be
the second set, and so on.
At 1:00 P.M to 4:30 P.M is the distribution and retrieval of learning activity sheets.
Students should bring snacks for their recess, alcohol, an extra face mask, and writing
materials.
The parents should fill up the health declaration form and drop it in the box upon
entering the school.
The identified students that don’t have birth certificates should get a barangay
certificate.
The parents should monitor their child’s reading level, especially at home.
