3rd Homeroom PTA Meeting of Grade 1- Dahlia

 The agenda that the teacher has prepared during the Virtual & Face to Face
Homeroom PTA meeting was the following;
- Re-orientation for the incoming face-to-face class.
 Schedule of learners.
 Schedule of Distribution and Retrieval of LAS.
 Learners supervise Recess.
 Student’s materials.
 Student’s Health Condition (Health Declaration Form).
 Other Matters (Birth Certificate & Reading level)

 The Grade 1- Dahlia parents were re-oriented by the teacher about the incoming
limited face-to-face classes on March 17, 2022.
 The students of Grade 1- Dahlia has a set of four classes. The class begins from
Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 A.M to 11:45 A.M.
 The first set of students will have a class in the first week, and the next week will be
the second set, and so on.
 At 1:00 P.M to 4:30 P.M is the distribution and retrieval of learning activity sheets.
 Students should bring snacks for their recess, alcohol, an extra face mask, and writing
materials.
 The parents should fill up the health declaration form and drop it in the box upon
entering the school.
 The identified students that don’t have birth certificates should get a barangay
certificate.
 The parents should monitor their child’s reading level, especially at home.
