Pressure Transmitter (or Display) YB-3000

Introduction
YB-3000 integrated pressure transmitter(or Display) belongs to the in-situ pressure
transmitter and display unit of the DDZ-Ⅲ and DDZ-S series which apply the ceramic
resistance and ceramic capacitor of SENSE in Germany as the sensor element and
meanwhile the pressure(LED or LCD) can be displayed on the spot. An advanced
introduced part manufactured by SMD becomes standard current signal after being
magnified.
The transmitter adopts intrinsic safety anti-explosion structure.

Installation and operation

Open the 赫斯曼 connector and plug in the power wire as per the polarity according
to the diagram :

Power for the transmitter and the load should be in accordance with the figure below:

Better choice: U=18V+20mA×R

The maximum working voltage cannot exceed 36V, and either positive or negative
plugging into the transmitter is operational. Never connect the civic voltage 220V
wire to the terminal of signal input otherwise it will destroy the inside circuit. When
the signal is overloaded; the output will go beyond 20mA. The current in the inner
circuit will be limited within 28mA so as not to damage the heat change and
supporting instruments.
Method of checkout
 Instrument and equipment

YU-60 pressure checkout platform, level 0.02;

250Ω standard resistance, ±0.01%;

24 VDC ,±2%;
digital voltmeter ±0.05%

 Method:put the transmitter in

connection with the checkout platform and get it wired. Standard resistance:

R=250Ω. Fifteen minutes after the current gets steady,check the voltage drop on

the R with voltmeter, voltage meter, volt gauge。

 Input the zero pressure,(adjust the zero )

Input zero pressure,(adjust zero potentiometer)，voltmeter's reading being stable, its

measurement should meet the accuracy requirement.

Input range pressure,(adjust range potentiometer)，voltmeter's reading being stable,

its measurement should meet the accuracy requirement.

Input 10%,30%,50%,70% and 90% signals respectively and check their errors.

Check the transmitter every six months.
