Strategies/ Action Taking on Late notification and Inadequate Cases:

AFP sensitization sessions been taken with concerned medical officers, vaccinators and LHWs who have
missed the AFP cases. Besides this both formal and informal sessions have been taken with Formal and
Informal HCPs to timely report AFP cases. With this continuous sensitization it is hoped that late
notification and inadequacy will improve shortly.
