Communication skill is important to an entrepreneur for interacting, leading, dealing and


negotiating. A simple, friendly conversation with the client can build trust. An innocuous bit of small
talk with a stranger can turn into a sales opportunity. When we are dealing with investors, customers
or employees, good communication skill can help us to elaborate our ideas with greater strength and
clarity.

2. Success = Ability x Effort x Attitude. Attitude is a part of the personal development plan for any
entrepreneur. Positive attitude can be developed by having positive habits such as never give up,
tolerance, self-motivated, optimism which in turn result in the right attitude. For example, if we are a
person who get mad easily, we must change our attitude to become a patient and calm person. The
right attitude will help produce a long lasting positive change which is a must for any entrepreneur.

3. Entrepreneurs add value to scarce resources by shifting them from areas of lower to higher
productivity. For instance, entrepreneur add value to coal, oil to the business such as ‘Grab’, ‘Uber’
and ‘Tesla’

2. What's your opinion if someone hasn't got this skill 

They will either become an employee or a businessman. They only can use traditional methods to work
or run their business. Besides, they may face extreme competition because they are job seekers but not
job creators. It is very difficult to gain a competitive position in an already existing market.
