Services:
Bati Ghor is a digital photography service and information and communication service provider. Initially we have selected the people of the rural area of Bangladesh as our target customer and the following service will be provided by our venture.

1. Digital Photography Solutions:

Due to the recent advancement in digital photography technology photography has been very popular and has become very cheaper as well. Nowadays many rural people are buying mobile handset enable with digital camera. So rural people can easily take picture with their handset but still they face difficulties in printing those pictures. Sometimes they have to travel miles to print the pictures and pay high price. But Bati Ghor will be a solution for the rural customers in taking and printing color photograph in a more convenient way with lower cost. They will be able to get photography whenever it will be needed to them. Customers will also be able to hire our business partner in their cultural and family functions for capturing moments. 2. Internet Access: In Bangladesh there are many people who are working abroad and their family members are living in the rural area. Now the family member can easily communicate with the person who is living abroad through the internet. They can send any message, important digital documents, and pictures from the Bati Ghor instantly with minimal price.

3. Communication Service:
In Bangladesh ISD call to different countries is very costly. Bati Ghor will provide them the service like voice chat and video chat service. We think compare to the phone call to overseas services like voice chat and video chat are cheaper and more appealing.

4. Entertainment:
Rural people who have a mobile handset with external memory capacity will be able to store MP3 music files, video files, games, ring tomes, wallpaper, and theme picture and so on into their handset from the Bati Ghor.

Primarily we will be providing the above mentioned services. We will include more services in our service menu with the passage of time.

Size of the Business:

For our convenient initially we will select fifty villages to run our business. So our business correspondents will be fifty women in number from fifty different villages. Other than the fifty business correspondents we will employ about fifteen people altogether to operate the day to day business activities and monitor the business.

Office Equipments:
As per the nature of the business out social business enterprise Bati-Ghor will not require any heavy and sophisticated machine or tools and group of experts. Along with very conventional furniture, we will be required a very good internet connection, a telephone connection and few technical assistant. We are also planning to open up a hotline for any instant assistance if our women business correspondents face any technical problem. Besides these, our office equipments include personal computers, laptop computers, printers, photo copier, fax machine, scanner, web-cam, and car.
