II. Project design;
III. Bill of Quantities or Bill of Engineering Measurement;
IV. Details of work done from inception till date;
V. Cost expended from inception till date;
VI. Financial projections with details of all major assumptions;
VII. Details of sources of financing for projects thus far {debt or equity};
VIII. Details of professional parties and other stakeholders to the project;
IX. Details of any other agreement executed with regards to the projects;
X. Details of projects approved land use plan, and project scope and/ or concept;
XI. Details of offtake commitments and/or indicative from prospects off-takers; and
XII. Any other relevant information on the project.
