This Article illustrates how to format dates in the Crosstab.

Change the 'Source Type' to 'Data Item Value' on the Crosstab Node Member (the header item for the column or
columns you are interested in formatting). Once that is done then you can format the data to display in the date format
you prefer.  In most instances, like with "Last hire date," the format will be changed to MM/DD/YYYY.  Further formatting
can be done using the Data Format icon.

1. Select the date field in the crosstab

2. Change the source type to "data item value"
