VarTech offers a comprehensive selection of sunlight readable NEMA 4X systems. These models are extremely
high brightness systems through increased CCFL or LED backlighting. Typical sunlight readable levels start at
400 nits but VarTech’s sunlight readable computers start at 800 nits and range up to 1800 nits. Some of these
models also utilize VarTech’s VBOND optical bonding technology which virtually eliminates reflective
interference and drastically increases contrast especially in direct sunlight.
