1.Responsible for the review and accounting of employee reimbursement in various


departments.

2. Handle the approval of OA documents in a timely manner; conduct employee training


on the reimbursement policy.

3.Certified deduction and management of value-added tax invoices, familiar with local
tax laws.

4.Monthly original voucher entry, bookkeeping, checkout, etc.

5.Keep the invoices properly to avoid loss and damage of invoices;

6.Monthly accounting check-receivables and payables, related subjects

7. Monthly voucher binding and file management

8.Responsible for monthly salary calculation

9.Cooperate with annual audit and tax review

10.Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

11.Strong sense of responsibility, able to proactively deal with problems encountered at


work

Job Requirements

1: 2-5 years of accounting work experience,

2: Finance related majors

3: Familiar with Microsoft office software

4: Good communication skills, teamwork skills, and obedience to arrangements.

5: Finance, insurance, and banks are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
