Below is the recipe for Veg. Kuruma...

Ingredients needed:
Onion - 1.
Tomato - 1.
Medium size Potato - 1.
Carrot - 2.
Beans - 10 to 12.
Bay Leaf - 1.
Clove- 2.
Cardamom - 1.
Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon.
Jeera seeds - 1 teaspoon.
Medium length Green Chillies - 2.
Coriander Powder - 1 tablespoon.
Coconut - 1 moodi.
Salt - as required.
Sesame oil - 2 tablespoon.

Procedure:
Cut Onion and Tomato into small pieces.
Cut veggies and keep it aside.
Cut coconut into very small pieces, grind along with jeera and green chillies and
keep it aside.
Take a vessel and place it on stove. Add 2 tablespoon oil, add bay leaf, Cardamom,
clove, fennel seeds. let it temper. Add onion pieces, saute for 2 mins, add tomato
and veggies and saute for 2 to 3 mins. Add Coriander powder and 2 1/2 cups water.
Close the vessel and keep the heat on medium flame. Cook for 5 mins. Add coconut
paste. Cook for a min.

Veg. kuruma is ready. Goes well with Dosa, Chapathi, Poori and Rice. Serves 4
members.
