NARRATIVE REPORT ON BENCHMARKING

PROJECT TSEK

Accomplishment with a positive result is worthy of sharing. It is considered the

best practice. This allows others to improve once adopted.
Sharing best practices through benchmarking activity is one of the best activities
for collaboration among leaders, facilitators, educators, and others. Through this, room
for improvement opens for better outcomes and results. There is nothing wrong with
imitating good practices for as long as it will result in better performance. Modification
is always welcome in doing such repetition.
One of the best practices of San Marcos Elementary School is its Project TSEK.
The school through the leadership of its school head, Ms. Emelia P. Crescini was able to
benchmark this to San Mateo Elementary School on December 6, 2019. This activity gave
San Mateo Elementary School’s teachers an overview of the project.
San Mateo Elementary school through the leadership of its school head, Ms. Lady
Lourence S. Alimagno was very overwhelmed with the project. She was very grateful
for this opportunity of sharing.
The last part of this activity was the awarding of certificates. It was such a
remarkable activity for both schools to share and to improve.
