• internal source of recruitment which means recruitment from within the


organization
• external source of recruitment means recruitment from outside the organization
Internal force of recruitment which means recruitment form within the organization
• Transfer : transfer means shifting of employees from one job to another. There is
no district change in the pay or status of the employee it generally remain the same.
• Promotion: it means shifting the employee two higher position with the
change in the pay or status.
• Internal advertisement: means appointing the employee from within the
organization through advertisement.

organization.
• Extension of service: it is extended the service of employees by recruiting

post and the detail about the job in the form of the job description and job
specification are made available to public in general.
• campus interview: it is the best possible method for companies to select
students from various educational institutions. easy and economical. the the
company official personally visit various institutes and select students eligible
for a particular post through interviews.
• placement agency: I gotta bring off candidates is sent to organizations for their
selection purpose and agencies get Commission in return..
• employment exchange: people register themselves with government employment
exchanges with their personal details. according to the need and request of the
organization, the candidates are sent full interviews.
