Assalamualaikum Wr.Wb
My name is Aliyah Nabilah Nasution, this is my interview job practice, in here I
propose to be Engineering.
Interviewer : Tell me about youre self
Me : My name is Aliyah Nabilah Nasution, I was born in Medan 17
January 2001. I the last child of four siblings. As you can see I
just finished my study at Bung Hatta University, majoring in Civil
Engineering. During the college I also joined several orgaization,
so that made me an active person.
Interviewer : Where do you see your self in five years ?
Me : Over the nenxt view years, I want to explore and develope skills
in building cnstruction project. In five years I want to have a gianed
opportumities to expand my responsibilities within this role to
work toward my goal.
Interviewer : Why should we hire you?
Me : As, I have just started my career, I can’t give you any explanation
that strongly encourage you hire me, but I can promise you that if
I get into this job, I will be very loyal and decited for my work.
Find I promise, I will always try a make a good relationship in
this company.
Interviewer : Why do you want to work here?
Me : Because this company has a good reputation, so i feel proud if i
have worked her. Other than that this job in accordance with the
expertise that I have, so I am sure that I can work here verry well.
Interviewer : What do you know about us?
Me : I have read a lot about your company. The open space office,
lounge for the wmployees, and team buildinf activities your
organize sound really interesting. It seems like a great place to
work and growup profesionally. At least I would say that, I according to
information I have found about your company.
Interviewer : How do people describe you?
Me : Many people know me as an active and ambitious person. Other
that people also happy if they work with me because I am easy to
get along with anyone so is no awkwardness when working in
groups.
Interviewer : What do you want ?
Me : I want to be a engineering.
Interviewer : What is your greatest strenght ?
Me : I can use software application like Ms.Word, Ms.Excel, Autocad
and there are still a few other. Besides that I’m also a person who
is easy to get along with anyone and I also enjy working in a
group.
Interviewer : What is your greatest weakness ?
Me : Sometimes, I spend more time than necessary on task or take on
task personally that could easily be delegated to someone to else.
Although I’ve never missed a deadline, it’s still an effort for me to
know when to move on to the next task and to be confident when
assigning others work.
Interviewer : What is your greatest achievement ?
Me : When I was in collage I always got a GPA above 3,5. And I have
also won vorious competition with the organization that I
participated in when I went college, won the miniature house
competition, won a competition to recycle waste and there are still
few more.
Interviewer : When can you start ?
Me : Because right now I’m not busy, so I want to start working as
soon as possible.
Interviewer : How did you find this job ?
Me : I found it on social media and then I looked deeper into the
company’s official website
Interviewer : Why do you want this job ?
Me : I want this job because, I want to find a company where I not only
enjoy what I do, but can also grow better. I want a company that
allows me to learn more and can expand my abilities.
Interviewer : How do you explain your GAP in employment ?
Me : I head no idea it would take this long to land a job, it took me
month to realize just how much every thing to do with job hunting.
That kick started my job search, and here I’m, proof positive of my
determination and persistence.
Interviewer : What is your current salary ?
Me : I don’t thing that my current salary is relevant, but if you must
have that information, i will provide it after you share the salary
level and range for this job.
Interviewer : What are you salary expectations ?
Me : I’m looking for position which pays between 3-4 million for 1
month, but the number can be adjusted based on my ability to work
at home, vocation time, bonuses, and other benefits you may
provide.
Interviewer : Any question ?
Me : if i get accepted here, can I get promoted? And then what
requairement so that I can be promoted?
Interviewer : Of course, when you work well. Ok than’s to your participated
