The cattle arrive at the slaughterhouse 24 hours in advance and are placed in
pens with drinkers until the next day, then some hoses are opened to remove a
little dirt, and the caretaker of the pens washes them with water to make them
cleaner. then the veterinary doctor checks them and orders to start with the
sacrifice. This company works from Monday to Friday and on Saturdays they
clean.
This process is carried out with approximately 120 cattle per day and 250 pigs
per week. The pigs are raised by a company called PORCINOCULTURA
S.A, as well as a company called Transportation RUBI ROJO S.A. these
companies are owned by Mr. MARTINELLI but with different names so that
it is not a round deal. The company has 3 mules that supply all the super 99
chains nationwide
