I, Ma. Vendetta O. Salurio a teacher II of San Luis Elementary School District of Pagsanghan
who currently resides in Brgy. Cagsumje, Sta. Margarita Samar would like to transfer to any
elementary school in Santa Margarita District I for the following reasons to wit:

1. Not comfortable in coming to school because there is threat to my life.

2. The DepEd localization law, states the rights of every teacher to be assigned to their place
of residency or nearer to their home.
3. Spend more time with family especially that I have a child that needs my care and
attention.
4. I will be more productive and efficient if my station is near to my residency.
5. To lessen my financial burden since the fare will probably be lesser.
