    The 4 Way Test

    • Is it Plausible?
    • Do you believe the logic of the pathway is correct?

    • If we do these things, will we get the results we want?

    • Will we get the results we expect?

    • Is it Doable?
    • Do we have the human resources (people, technicians, etc) who can implement the
    action strategies in the theory?

    • Do we have the political resources? Is it sufficient?

    • Are our economic resources sufficient to implement the action strategies in TOC? 

    • Is it Testable?
    • Do you believe that there are credible ways to discover whether the results are going
    to be as we predicted it to be?

    • Is it Meaningful?
    • Do you see the outcomes as important? Why?

    • Given the magnitude of change in these outcomes pursued, will all the efforts be
    worth it?

    • Can you own this?
