FINDINGS OF 3B CUTTING DEPARTMENT (knits) Date : 18 –March-2022

Survey of cutting department of knits have been done today in which I compared the whole ongoing
process of cutting with the WI and MCP and I came up with the following findings.

Quality Section:

1. As mention in our instruction of cutting QA (Knits) there were no shade bands but instead of this
QA person was approving pieces as per the checking procedure mention in WI.
2. AS per the point 3.2 of WI there is no Z-HEM /and Tufting fabric was in running.
3. No shade checking in D65(Standard light source) was taking place on the floor.
4. The AQL inspection level S1 has been replaced by level S5.

Production Section:

1. According the point 3.6 of MCP, there Is no report with control number 180, the bundle
quantity is being reported in the report having control no of 090.
2. No reconciliation report is being made on the floor.
3. There is no spreader machine on floor as mentioned in WI.
4. In the trial and inspection report of 3B (stitching section) there is no direction mention
5. In the trial and inspection report of night fall of 3B (stitching section) there is no direction
mention
6. In the trial and initial report of fitted (night fall) there is no direct mention
