Of all the many things that I appreciate about working here at ISAT with

Ma’am Mary Ann Catindig as our School, is the culture of excellence that we’ve

built and are continuously building. That separates us from other schools. It’s

a culture that embraces flexibility, celebrates diversity of thought and

approach, and one that makes it easier to come to work every day. It’s been an

awesome couple of months witnessing the metamorphosis of ISAT under her

administration and I am excitedly looking forward to the coming months and

years!

Having Ma’am Ann as our school head makes our work easier and

smooth. I have found her as a superior who has a heart for her subordinates

not to mention her high caliber skills and knowledge in administrative field.

On professional level, she has always been very willing to support and

assist me. She is firm with her stands but also open to other’s opinion. She will

always look into our welfare whenever she has to make decisions. I am

thankful to have been working with her because I get to express what I think

and feel and not being rejected. She is one of a kind in the department.
