This tester is for measuring and testing in accordance

with VDE 0701-0702 equipment or appliances that are
mobile or have just undergone maintenance. The device
has a large LCD display and is operated by means of a
rotary switch. When values are found to be beyond their
specified limits, both visual and audible signals are output.
