Time Context

March 2022

Last March 2020 when pandemic started people is very worried and about the deadly disease caused by
Covid 19.Last December 2021 the decision of the government for the community quarantine guidelines
is not good and without a good action plan. They based upon the decreasing number of cases in the
Philippines. Many people are hesitant to go outside because of the guidelines that they are
implementing because people has different opinions. This year 2022 the omicron variant enter the
Philippines and the number of cases is highly increased due to the new variant because people became
complacent and were not careful about going out of the house. We are observing the plan and action
that the government should implement because the decision may affect student who shall conduct a
limited face to face classes and all of the people who are living in the Philippines especially who are
living in crowd places just like NCR. In May 2022 the National Elections will be held in our country it is
also one of the biggest event that we should considered if we really need to place Metro Manila in Alert
Level 1.
