On my field-verification, it is found that the above said Land Schedule is free from encroachment and
all encumbrances. The applied plot is not declared as any sairat source and there is no any valuable

reference.

It is also advised to the applicant for the payment towards the Land Premium, Ground Rent etc
before the issue of “Temporary Lease Order” from the competent authority.
