Trends and Network – Lesson 2

Picture Analysis
1. Deforestation
Major landslide will be inevitable. Trees produces oxygen and intakes carbon dioxide, if
this continues to happen the air will be polluted it is not safe to breathe anymore.
2. Water pollution
No living thing can survive without water. If the waters continue to be polluted it will
cause a major catastrophe among living organisms.
3. Air pollution
If polluted air is continually inhaled this can cause major health problems that can cost
someone’s life.

Respect the Planet

1. Ozone depletion
2. Air Pollution
3. Water Pollution
4. Garbage Pollution
5. Animal Extinction
6. Huge gap between the rich and the poor
7. Destroyed natural habitats
8. Damaged Natural Wonders
9. Food shortage
10. War
Analysis
1. Climate Justice
A law should be strictly enforced by an international organization that must be imposed
towards countries that is considered a major contributor to global warming
2. Invest in renewable resources
It is expensive to begin with but it is a big step to stop consuming fossil fuels that
continue to destroy the planet through global warming
3. Complete stop of plastic usage
Plastics can take many years before it can turn into micro plastics. Use alternatives that
will be usable for a longer time and will dissolve into the ground without being harmful
to the environment.
4. Proper waste disposal
Garbage management is another step to help the environment from climate change.
Burning plastics should not be an option to dispose as it emits toxic gases that harms the
atmosphere.
5. Balance consumption
I think the population should consider consuming according to what is only needed.
Limitation is a must because abundance is not always an option.
