In the text we can see two people, one is called Dave and the other is his sister who

is worried
about the way he drinks and she tells him that it is getting out of control but he denies this and
tells her that it is not like that. He has it under control and his sister tells him that he has

Well in my opinion Dave has problems with alcohol a person who has several fines or tickets
that find him fired from his job if he has a serious problem with alcohol
