Dear Store Managers,

In reducing the no. of complaint on missing Bbq sauce netting on BQ Pizza, the best practice
of highlighting the BQ Pizza on label sticker shall be put in place. This is to alert Team
member not to miss the step of applying BBQ Netting or other special instruction stated on
the docket label.

Please refer guidelines below:

1. Highlighter pen (any striking colour) is made available to highlight:
a. BQ Pizza
b. Other special instruction (if any)
2. Place the highlighter pen next to the docket label printer compartment.

3. Staff who paste the docket label is responsible to highlight the BQ Pizza and other special
instruction.

Those stores require the highlighter pen, order can be place through Commissary under
stationary items.
