personnel who embraces the challenge of the New Normal Education
 The school has organized different committees which will cater the needs of our learners in this
time of pandemic on which they will extend help amongst them

 Basic Education-Learning Continuity Plan was officially introduced to stakeholders for them to
embrace and know the strategies for this New Normal Setup
 Stakeholders were informed through different modes for the continuity of education whether
online, public market and public offices for Enrollment
 Different learning interventions were crafted for the learners such as Project KAPE, Project
ABIAS and Project MASK where they can easily keep themselves abreast in the New Normal
Education
 Programs were developed
 Teachers extend their ways to contextualize learning materials in the Division
 Accountability & Continuous Improvement
 A clear, Transparent and concise assessment system was developed for the schools
accountability system
 The accountability system was thouroughly assessed. Monitored and improved for the
consumption of both stakeholders
 PRACTICAL STRATEGIES THAT WILL STRENGTHEN ADVOCACY AND LINKAGES WITH
STAKEHOLDERS
 Coordination/networking with various education and cultural organizations
 Organization of local groups, opportunities and avenues
 Enhancement of the publicity of the localized curriculum through tri-media
 Aku Ika, Itamu Bukas School pantry was launched to improved and increased modules
retrieval and distribution
 Constant Coaching and Technical assistance were provided and virtual meetings and SLACS
were done virtually
 Management & Resources
 MOOE funds were liquidated and submitted on time for transparency form the stakeholders
 Resources were properly mobilized for school related works and usage of teachers
 Requested materials were reviewed for the purpose of Priority 1 st policy as means of tightening
the belt in such crisis
 All SIP and Programs and Projects are clearly updated
 A facebook Page was created as means of Management Information System to keep our
stakeholders updated with the school system
