AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT
I, FRANCIS LLOYD T. CHUA, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of
2034 Edison St. Corner Alexander St. Barangay San Isidro, Makati City, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with the law state and depose that:

1. I am the owner of the parcel of land covered by Tax Declaration No. 08 – 11 –

0010 – 15357 with lot No. 5090 Cad 367 located at Brgy. Luz Banzon, Jasaan,
Misamis Oriental;

2. That although I am the owner of the aforementioned property, I am not the

Corporate President of EXPOLATION DRAGOOS CORP.;

3. That as the owner of the aforementioned property, I hereby give my permission

and full consent to EXPLORATION DRAGOOS CORP. to establish or apply for a
Mountain Quarry Permit over my property located at Brgy. Luz Banzon, Jasaan,
Misamis Oriental;

4. That I understand that the permits obtained pursuant to this affidavit will be in the
name of EXPLORATION DRAGOOS CORP.;

5. That I am executing this Affidavit of Consent to attest to the truth of the foregoing
facts and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.

6. Further, I sayeth naught.
