Recommendations and Justifications

In our analysis, we have tried to comprehend the personalities of the 6 actors in the case on the
basis of their beliefs, values and attitudes.

Monica Chi: Monica appreciates participation, empowerment, and purpose, which her profession
should deliver. We believe that her job should represent making responsible and intentional
choices, being in control, gaining new information, and improving the world. She should join a
non-profit to assist society and fulfil her life ambitions. Her attitude reflects her values as she
looks for jobs that provide meaningful work rather than just being motivated by money.

Ann Gildroy: Ann should work in the welfare business (global or national) since she enjoys
helping people and has military experience. Being an army officer is an altruistic choice that only
a kind person would make. Ann should choose a team-oriented organization. This aligns with her
attitude at Marine Corps, where even after facing discrimination, she continued to embrace the
institution and progress through the ranks with conviction and not malign.

Jaime Irick: Jaime would be good as a manager in a service firm due to the recognition and
social prestige. As a manager, he could motivate subordinates and gain respect. His thirst for
knowledge makes MBO and self-development opportunities important. This reflects in his
attitude at workplace
where he maintains calm and integrity while facing uncomfortable situations.
Sachin Jain: He should start his own company since he's motivated, has leadership qualities,
seeks recognition, and loves helping others. First, he could express and push himself, since he
loves beginning new things. This aligns with his attitude in his personal life where he is always
ready to have his family’s back

Alex Mandl: Alex should operate as a team manager to produce innovative ideas, maintain
communication, and earn recognition. It's crucial to update management on his development and
acquire an evaluation. He enjoyed solving crucial difficulties. Second, he'd be able to push
himself, acquire experience, and accomplish excellent outcomes. These values and beliefs reflect
in his attitude whereby he enjoys life as it comes and makes the most out of every situation

Daniel Salvadori: Daniel might realize his desire to change the world by starting a healthcare
firm (service or goods). He'd face numerous trials and learn constantly. As he enjoys people, he
could manage his staff (mentor or coach them) and utilize his university management experience.
