Since its pandemic many of us had to stop some business and some of us fired from their jobs. Nowadays our daily expenses are costing a lot more because we are at home and we are not too allowed to go out. It is a necessity to execute things rapidly in our daily activities. Seeing that technology plays a vital role in our daily life. This online recruitment system will made great changes in many work of fields and out of them recruitment process is one that changed lot of colors in their systematic approaches. Online recruitment system is to have more options of hiring aside from manual operations of recruitment of an IT company. As recruitment is a round the year activity involving thousands of aspiring applicants a need has been felt to automate the entire operations. Applications are collected in a prescribed format and checked for eligibility. All eligible candidates are sent Admit cards for the selection test. The test in three areas-Aptitude, Verbal and technical skills. The results are compiled and presented to management to decide the cut-offs for interviews. Based on the selection criteria decided by management interview letters are generated. The system should provide for queries and management reports during the recruitment process. We are aiming to introduce a hybrid replacement from the age old manual recruitment process. To create an effective and efficient system capable of smoothening up the whole setup. The goal here is to develop an interface through which two ends can meet. The ends being the job aspirants and the job providers. REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE The Internet is one of the powerful creations that offer people endless knowledge and entertainment. Today the Internet plays a critical role in many areas. The hiring process could be shortened by just clicking a few buttons to screen, filter, and sort applicants' data and CV. Online recruiting streamlines the process of inviting or rejecting applicants one by one and inserting applicants' data manually is no longer needed. According to the findings of the study of Mary Grace G. Ventura and Rex P. Bringula, Ph.D., states that there is no significant difference in the respondents’ evaluation on the effectiveness of the developed Online Job Recruitment System for the University of the East in terms of performance, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness was accepted. It is concluded that the developed software was effective in selecting qualified applicants within a shorter period of time. Hence, it would become a significant contributor to quality hire. It is also concluded that Performance, Reliability, Security, and Cost-effectiveness could be utilized as criteria in evaluating online recruitment software. Based on the conclusions drawn, it is recommended that the software be implemented in the company. After implementation, it is proposed that the impact of the system on the recruitment processes in the University be determined and that the changes in the recruitment processes with introduction of the online recruitment software be investigated. It is suggested that studies on the user-experience, adoption or non-adoption of the software, and errors committed in using the software be conducted and that Usability criterion of FURPS beassessed .In terms of enhancement of the software, it is strongly recommended that an online exam be incorporated in the recruitment and that extra security features such as the level of access classified according to the position in the company also be incorporated in the software.
