I’m writing this letter to let you know that I’m very much interested in applying for a position as
Midwife.

I’m Shello Joice B.Alferez, 31 years old. A Registered Midwife, passed the Midwifery Licensure
Examination last November 2010 at Manuel L. Quezon University Quiapo Manila. I worked as an OFW
for the past years at Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at two Private Hospitals namely Al Mouwasat Hospital
Dammam and Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical group as Nurseaide.

I’m very eager to serve my Filipino countrymen to build rapport especially in this trying times of our lives
that were facing a Global Pandemic COVID 19 and so I really wanted to be part in this respected
Healthcare Institution.
