This is in regard to our application for Discharge Permit.

Kindly be informed that we received a partial delivery of the machines we ordered form our supplier,
(Name of Supplier), and already stored in our plant in (Company address). We are currently coordinating
with our supplier for the complete delivery of the machines and schedule of its installation.
In this regard, we would like to request EMB to issue a 1-year temporary Discharge Permit for (Company
name of requestor) while waiting for the feedback on the delivery completion of the machines and
installation date. We assure you that our Centralized Septic Tank Treatment Facility will be put into full
operation within the year (2022).
While waiting for the full operation of the Centralized Septic Tank Treatment Facility, we ask your
permission to allow us to dispose the water used in washing the damp cloths for cleaning.
