Against: I agree to what you are saying but the assumptions which this proposal takes in account are

flawed

1. Jack is assuming that people who are attending this course will take it seriously and not take
it for granted.
2. What is the guarantee that even after the course the parents will not abuse or neglect their
children.
3. I believe that parenting is a self-learning gradual process and nobody is perfect in it and it
definitely cannot be taught through some certification course. And after all of this the
project cannot guarantee a 100% result.
4. Rather than investing money in the license project if this effort and funds are diverted either
in the formation of new child welfare body which Jack himself can govern or help any
existing welfare body to upgrade, spread awareness and also create a network where the
concerned authorities can act against child neglect and abuse which would help to serve
strict punishment to the offenders.
5. And we know that how precious every second can be in such sensitive situation and passing
this licensing project throughout 52 states of USA will take so much time thus it is not
feasible.
