MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE STATE POLICE CHIEFS

HELD IN CONFERENCE ROOM ON MONDAY 16 APRIL 2018

1 ROYAL MALAYSIA POLICE (RMP), BUKIT AMAN

Head police welcome and thanked the state police chiefs for making time to
attend the meeting.

2 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

Head police inform that commissioner from Kedah absence because needs to
attend other event in Kota Setar and being replace with assistant commissioner.

3 MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING

The head police asked the state police chiefs to continue the discussion from the
previous meeting that have not be done yet.

4 MATTERS ARISING OUT OF LAST MINUTES

There were no matters arising.

5 CORRESPONDENCE

The head was open a discussion from the complaint letter that have been
receive from community about policeman involve with robbery. It has been discuss
and resolved.

6 TREASURE’S REPORT

The Treasure is pleased with the balance in hand. This will be chewed up by the
next project to improve safety around the community.

7 SPECIAL TASK

Head police asked the state police chiefs to do OPS SIKAP for the coming
Happy Eid Mubarak. Majority agree with that task.

8 ANY OTHER BUSINESS

The state police chief from sabah open a topic about top herarchi corruption
effects the country. It will be discuss in the next meeting because out of time.

9 DATE OF THE NEXT MEETING

The next meeting will be held on Monday, 7 May 2018 at conference room.
