Introduction: The Worldwide Assemblies of God

The PGCAG is an active member of WAGF.

WAGF is in 213 nations & territories; 140 of those nations has organized national
churches. (Record of AGMF, 2009)

Purpose: World Assemblies Of God Fellowship (WAGF): “The purpose of this Fellowship
shall be to pursue the fulfillment of our Lord’s command to evangelize the lost in the shortest
possible time, providing them the opportunity to hear and respond to the gospel in all of its
fullness, by encouraging and assisting one another, promoting harmonious relationships, and
seeking the most effective means of its accomplishment under the dynamic leadership of the
Holy Spirit.”

A Celebratory Vision!
During the (WAGF) CONFERENCE in Singapore last MAR 29-31 2017, Dr. George Wood Chair
of WAGF, saw the World Assemblies of God Movement offering a Tribute to Jesus of One Million
New Churchplants by 2033!

2033 was Targeted because that date would be 2000 years after Jesus died and rose again - unleashing
the Church to go and make disciples of all nations.

All the Members of WAGF approved unanimously the celebratory vision and signed the commitment to
give to Jesus a tribute of ONE MILLION New Churchplants by 2033, thus began the campaign called
“MM33”.

PGCAG committed a decadal goal of 10,000 new Churchplant.

THIS IS THE AGENDA OF OUR MEETING TODAY.

“One Million New ChurchPlants, 10,000 in the Philippines”

PGCAG DECADAL GOAL (2023 to 2033): 10,000 NEW CHURCHPLANTS

Average Yearly Goal: 1,000 Churches

• World Population: 7.95 Billion People (2022)

• Philippines Population: As of January 2022, the population of Philippines was estimated to
be 112 Million people.

A Priestly Tribute To Jesus: “One Million New Churchplants, 10,000 in the Philippines.”
Let’s face it : It is time to look at this goal as our priestly duty.

A Priestly Duty: "…to be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles. He gave me the
priestly duty of proclaiming the gospel of God, so that the Gentiles might become an
offering acceptable to God, sanctified by the Holy Spirit. Therefore I glory in Christ Jesus
in my service to God." -ROM 15:16-17 (ISA 66:20)

A Missionary Endeavor: “I will not venture to speak of anything except what

Christ has accomplished through me in leading the Gentiles to obey God by what I have
said and done--- by the power of signs and wonders, through the power of the Spirit of
God.” -ROM 15:18-19

Reminder: The church is a holy priesthood, 1PE 2:5, 9 and REV 1:6.

10,000 New Churchplants would be our priestly offering to our Lord Jesus Christ - A
Tribute!

TRIBUTE: Dictionary Definition

• A Tribute is “A gift, payment, declaration, or other acknowledgment of gratitude, respect, or
admiration.”
• Tribute is a sum of money or a contribution of praise paid to another. A rent, a tax, paid by a subject
to a sovereign; enforced payment or contribution (for protection).
• A Tribute is an “Evidence attesting to some praiseworthy quality or characteristic.” Something given or
done as an expression of esteem; (as proof of, manifestation of..). An accolade - a strong praise or
approval; a tangible symbol signifying approval or distinction.
• ANTONYMS: blame, criticism, complaint, condemnation, disapproval, reproach, reproof.

Jesus: Worthy to Receive Tributes

REV 4:9-11 [NKJV] Whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to Him who sits on
the throne, who lives forever and ever, the twenty-four elders fall down before Him who sits on the
throne and worship Him who lives forever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying:
"You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all
things, And by Your will they exist and were created."
REV 5:9, 11-12  (NKJV) “.. Then I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne, the
living creatures, and the elders; and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and
thousands of thousands, saying with a loud voice: "Worthy is the Lamb who was slain To receive
power and riches and wisdom, And strength and honor and glory and blessing!"

7 ATTRIBUTES: REV 5:12. An Attribute is a quality or feature, inherent in or ascribed to the Lamb;
Things attributed (regarded) as produced by OR originating in the Lord Jesus Christ.
[1] Power; [2] Riches; [3] Wisdom; [4] Might; [5] Honor; [6] Glory; [7] Blessing

Summary of these Attributions:

REV 7:10 [NKJV] and crying out with a loud voice, saying, "Salvation belongs to our God who sits
on the throne, and to the Lamb!"

SALVATION is attributed to THE GODHEAD ALONE!

#WinTheWorld MM33 A Vision To Win The World: The nal activity of the
Church, the end-times preoccupation of the Church will be the reaching and the
winning of the world!
Jesus was asked by His disciples: “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of
Your coming, and of the end of the age?” (MAT 24:3).

He told them many things - and then He said this:

“And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to
all the nations, and then the end will come.” -MAT 24:14 [NKJV]

1. PROPHETIC: He predicted two things that will happen: [1st] The gospel of the Kingdom will be
preached.. [2] End shall come.

2. PRECISE: Clear and Exactly targeting ALL the World, All the Nations. Inclusive: “to the last nations,
to the last person.”

 3. PURPOSEFUL: Kingdom orientation: Gospel of the kingdom, God’s kingdom. This will bring God's
Rule and Dominion. “As a witness” meaning, To Prove and bring up a decision. Demonstrate God's
intention through the Gospel: To Save.

4. PRIORITY: The Preaching of the Gospel to all the world, to all the nations (to the ends of the
earth) will precede the END. The greatest movement in the last days is the preaching of the
Gospel and the winning of the world for God.

This answers the question of the disciples! Signaling the End: “To the last nation, to the last
person.” Missions is the LAST SIGN, and the real indicator that the END shall then
come.

This then, should be our biggest effort in PGCAG.

Let’s synchronize our job with the worldwide movement of the Assemblies of God to Win The World
in the planting of One Million Churches - 10,000 of which will be in the Philippines.

We will plant all types of churches:

Type A: Simple Church - House Churches: Small/Organic/Simple
Type B: Conventional Church - The Traditional Church, as we know it.
Type C: Ethnic Church - Of the Cross culture, Within community churches (UPGs, muslims, etc.)
Type D: Ungrouped Church - Growing urban & online-communities (some virtual in gatherings).

CHARGE:
As General Superintendent, therefore I reaf rm the duties of The District Superintendent to be
the Chief Operating Of cer and Overseer of the District - as decreed by our PGCAG By-Laws;

By this af rmation, may I have the honor to appoint you to be “The Czar of MM33” to lead the
district towards its vision and goals.You know you are authorized to mobilize all of God’s Workers and
Churches, and to utilize all of God’s resources in the planting of new churches in all the regions of the
district.

“In keeping with the policy and directives of the General Council,” you shall organize the district towards
commitment, collaboration, and coordination.
You shall formulate implementation guidelines for the compliance of all our churches and
ministers.
You shall maintain active communication with our General Council for the progress of MM33
endeavors, sharing your thoughts, testimonies and reports.

Let’s address the issues of Motivation. Manpower, Money, Mobilization!

Let’s seek to be lled with the Holy Spirit which will over ow towards the mission eld of the world.
Let’s Plant Churches.
Let’s Send Missionaries.
Let’s Win The World!
