Dear Chairwoman Onasin:

Tondo Youth Pataas Community Care is a duly registered youth foundation at the
Securities and Exchange Commission whose advocacy is in the field of education,
economic empowerment and active citizenship. Most of our members came from the
poorest of the poor area of Tondo. We are also accredited youth organization of the
Manila Youth Welfare Bureau and the National Youth Commission.

One of Tondo Youth Pataas member groups is a multi-awarded dance crew called
VIVACIOUS. They are composed of members mostly from the LGBT community whose
heart is to entertain people and train more young people to dance. Established in 2017,
their high energy mix of tricks, moves, innovative choreography and personality,
compels them to compete in different dance competitions and TV shows.

In celebration of their 5th Anniversary, Vivacious will be holding a Dance Competition on

July 2022. It will be a showcase of great dance crews from Metro Manila and Luzon
converging at the heart of Tondo.

In line with this, may we request Barangay 118 to become our Official Venue Partner
by allowing us to use your basketball court as our event venue on July 29, 2022,
Friday, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Rest assured that we will strictly monitored the implementation of the minimum health
