Q3: You're working as an engineer at Buildfast Inc., is that correct?
Q3: That is how you met the witness for the Accused, Genesis Yarte, is that correct?
Q4: Are you aware that Genesis Yarte is the cousin of herein accused, Guillermo
Katalbas?
Q5: But you testified in your direct examination that the accused is a common friend
of you and Genesis Yarte, is that correct?
Q6: How did you meet with the accused on November 12, 2019?
Q7: Is it true that on that day, you met at Starbucks with only the accused and
Genesis Yarte?
Q8: Based on your direct testimony, you mentioned about the receipt of your
payment of P50, 000.00 to herein accused, by which you and the accused also signed.
However, there are no document on record evidencing such transaction. Did you
testify about such receipt which was allegedly signed by the accused?
Q9: Is it true that the SEC issued a Certification confirming Bright Future Co.’s non-
registration?
Q10: Is it also true that in such Certification, no name of herein accused was written?
