The following matter was referred to us by our client, YU JHONG

RUEI, for the lifting of his hold departure order.
A hold departure order was issued against Mr. Wang by the
Regional Trial Court of Pasay, Branch 108 in the case docketed as
Crim. Case No. R-PSY-04370-CR to 72-CR. The said case was
already provisionally dismissed by the Honorable Court via
Resolution dated March 13, 2020.
A Certified True Copy of the said Resolution is hereto attached for
your facility.
In this regard, may we humbly implore your Good Office to lift the
said Hold Departure Order in compliance with the directive of the
Honorable Court.
May I also respectfully pray that the present letter serves as the
entry of appearance as counsel for and in behalf of Mr. Yu. May I
humbly ask that all notices, orders papers and effects be sent to the
undersigned.
