The word ‘ communication ’ was derived from a Latin word ‘ communico’,

meaning‘ to share’.

Thus… in other sense“ Communication is a mutual exchange of facts, ideas, thoughts and perceptions,
resulting in common understanding of all parties”.

Exaclty from me, communication is purpose oriented, Communication is purpose oriented It is a two way
process. Thoughts, feelings, emotions and values.

In the traditional sense , they are: Verbal Communic ation

Spoken languages (10%) and Non-Verbal Communic ation

Physic al appearance, posture, gestures, eye contact, gaze, facial

expressions, voice, feelings, etc

in communicting there are several barriers. That is :
