Maharashtra by the Terekhol River in the north, Karnataka in the south, the Western Ghats in the east,
and the Arabian Sea in the West.

ratio the figure for urban region stood at 940 girls per 1000 boys. Total children (0-6 age) living in urban
areas of Goa were 90,597. Of total population in urban region, 9.99 % were children (0-6).
