a. Buyback of laptop by the employee will be allowed once in life cycle of laptop as defined
in the policy. For example if useful life of laptop is 4 years then next buyback of laptop
can only be done after 4 years or at the same time of separation.
ln case employee is having more than entitled number of laptops/desktops, he/she
must hand them over to either nominated custodian of the SBU or to lT/Estate.
