Embarkation order

Sir,

The Kamilla Leonard Shipping sent an e-mail about the MarE students who were
passers of their Laddrized cadetship training program, and accepted set to embark this
coming September 2021. The listed passers who were able to complete the 3 year
academic requirement of BS MarE program this June 2021 are the following:

The mail contains the list of student’s requirements to be evaluated by training
committee comprising of the following: Transcript of Records (TOR) of the 3 year
academics; Certificate of Completion of BS MarE 3 year academic requirement;
Certificate of Good Moral Character; Passport; Seaman’s Book and Training
Record Book.

In line with this, I would like to request for the early/expedite release of documents
mentioned above that are from your good office on the second week of August if
possible. Granting this request will help the students to meet the target of embarkation
this coming September 2021 and be included in the Training Program which will ensure
their employment and program completion of the BS MarE. Likewise, it will ensure that
our school will be represented in the cadetship program composed of numerous
maritime school students passed the examinations.
