6. Posters whose content:
1) violates human dignity,
2) is contrary to Polish and international law,
3) calls for racial, ethnic or religious hatred,
4) promotes drugs or violence,
5) hurts religious beliefs,
6) is generally recognized as morally reprehensible, socially inappropriate and violating the
principles of social coexistence,
7) it is encumbered with the rights of third parties, including copyrights,
8) presents a commercial offer or is an advertisement of an institution / company,
9) threatens the physical, mental or moral development of minors,
10) contains profanity, words commonly considered unacceptable or gross linguistic errors,
11) may have a negative impact on the image of the Organizer.
7. The organizer does not reimburse the costs of preparing posters.

3. It is planned to award the winners:
1) a cash prize in the amount of PLN 5,000 gross for the 1st place,
2) a cash prize in the amount of PLN 3,000 gross for the second place,
3) a cash prize in the amount of 2,000 gross for the 3rd place,
4) material prizes for the other Winners Distinguished by the Jury.
4. The jury makes the selection by a simple majority of votes, in the presence of at least 2/3 of the
members.
5. The Competition Jury may decide not to award the prizes in the event of:
1) when no poster of the competition meets the conditions of these Regulations,
2) unsatisfactory artistic level of posters submitted to the Competition.
6. The jurors do not judge the posters that were made under their supervision.
7. Laureates:
1) cash prizes are obliged to deliver in electronic form to the e-mail address provided by the
Organizer within 3 calendar days from the date of announcing the results of the Competition,
necessary for the payment of the prize on the basis of the Jury's protocol;
2) material prizes are obliged to deliver in electronic form to the e-mail address provided by the
Organizer, necessary for the transfer / dispatch of the prizes, within 3 calendar days from the date
of announcement of the Competition results.
8. The cash prize will be transferred to the personal account indicated by the laureate. In the case of
underage winners, the prize will be transferred to the indicated account of the parent or legal
guardian.
9. Tax will be deducted from the prize in accordance with applicable regulations.
10.The winners are not entitled to transfer the right to the awarded prize to third parties.
11.If the Organizer, the chairman or any of the members of the Competition Jury receives information
after or before the award indicated in the Regulations that the competition poster is plagiarized or
otherwise violates the law or provisions of these Regulations, the Organizer, as a result of the
decision of the Competition Jury, has the right to:
1) withhold the award or handing over of the award until the doubts are clarified,
2) making a decision not to award a prize in the Competition,
3) claim a refund of a prize already awarded.
12.The jury's decision is final.

2. The organizer may not, without the consent of the authors, make changes to the poster, unless the
changes are caused by an obvious necessity, and the authors would not have a legitimate basis to
oppose them (Article 49, paragraph 2 of the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights,
i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1231 as amended).
3. The organizer undertakes to respect the authors' moral rights, in particular to label the posters with
their names or pseudonyms.
4. Upon the conclusion of the Competition, the authors of the awarded and distinguished posters grant
the National Center for Culture, as the Competition Organizer, a non-exclusive, transferable (with
the right to sub-license), without territorial restrictions, free license including the right to use the
poster / posters through:
1) using and using in the statutory activities and any other promotional, advertising and information
activities regarding intellectual property,
2) fixation and reproduction of a poster - production of poster copies using a specific technique,
including printing, reprographic, magnetic recording and digital technology,
3) reproduction by recording on electronic media,
4) public display and display at all open and closed events,
5) disseminating the poster by marketing, lending, renting, displaying, displaying, and making the
poster available to the public in such a way that everyone can have access to it in a place and
time chosen by them,
6) publishing and disseminating in all promotional, informational, publishing and other materials
with the use of posters,
7) posting on the internet.
5. The momentThe results of the Competition, the authors of the awarded posters transfer the
ownership of the original copies of the posters free of charge to the National Center for Culture.
6. The organizer may ask the authors of the posters to adapt them to the needs of the Competition
Organizer.
2. Each author:
1) accepts all the conditions set out in these Regulations,
2) fills in the statements contained in the application form.
1. In matters not covered by the provisions of these Regulations, the provisions of the Act shall applyof
February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights, the Civil Code and other relevant provisions of
generally applicable law.
2. Matters not covered by these Regulations are settled by the Organizer. The Organizer's decisions are

final and cannot be appealed against.
3. The Organizer of the Competition reserves the right to cancel the Competition without giving
reasons and is not responsible for its cancellation or changes in the schedule for reasons beyond its
control.
4. The Organizer is not responsible for providing incorrect or untrue data by the Participants that
prevent the transfer of the prize.
5. The Organizer reserves the right not to adjudicate the Contest without giving any reason, including
when the Contest is not received by any poster.
6. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations, provided that such a change does not
infringe the acquired rights of the Competition participants. The Organizer will inform about any
changes on its official website www.nck.pl.
7. These Regulations come into force on the day of publication on the Organiser's website,
i.e. www.nck.pl
