INTRODUCTION
E-commerce and online sales are currently at the top of purchases
because through digital media consumers seek how to carry out a fast and safe
purchase; so, in this work, we will address some aspects that people take into
account to making an online purchase; aspects such as prices, quality, trust, the
appearance of the website, etc.
• Walmart Mexico
It is the largest division of the U.S. retail giant. It has around 2,600 stores in the
country, which are divided into 287 Walmart Supercenters, 164 Sam's Club
stores, 95 express formats and 2,088 Bodega Aurrerá.
• Liverpool
This company, whose full name is El Puerto de Liverpool, but is known only as
Liverpool, is a retailer with the largest chain of department stores in Mexico.
• Coppel
It is one of the 100 largest in Mexico, with sales greater than Sears, El Palacio de
Hierro and Famsa. Its sales model is based on the granting of credit for which
they ask few requirements and complement the experience with free deliveries in
some of its products, pickup, warranties of up to 2 years and a rewards program.

lighting, among others.
It is one of the most recognized American companies today which designs and
produces electronic equipment, software and online services.
In the Apple online store users can find the variety of equipment they offer
including Mac, Ipad, Iphone, Watch, TV and music accessories. And from time to
time they activate promotions so that qualified buyers of the store receive
promotional discounts for some equipment.
• Amazon USA
Apart from its version for Mexico, the official U.S. site of this e-commerce
company is also ranked eighth in this top most popular eCommerce in Mexico.
Amazon is known as one of the first major companies to sell goods over the
Internet and with its popular slogan from A to Z, invites you to discover in its global
marketplace.
• Sams club
Wholesale stores are backed by Walmart and operate through a price club that
customers become members of.
• Elektra
The survey points out the things that Internet users expect to find in a good online
store.
Every person who enters a buying and selling site does so with the aim of
acquiring a product, so the least he expects is that both the price and the shipping
method appear clearly established.
No one likes paying for something they'll never get. That is why the credibility that
you can deliver to potential customers is important.
Everyone wants to know what they're buying, so they don't have any nasty
surprises once the product ships.
Having a search function makes the buying process easier. This explains the
percentage of people who pay attention to this item.
People are very reluctant to give up their data and they have every reason to be
with the little security that exists on the network. Therefore, when they deliver
information, they expect it to be kept under privacy standards.

how they feel about your purchase.

commerce gives you the possibility to share information and reviews with other
buyers who have first-hand experience with a product or seller. In 2020, it was
estimated that more than 39% of the Mexican population purchased goods or
services online. Only three years earlier, in 2017, the percentage of digital buyers
in the North American country did not exceed 30%.
For example, in an online purchase, they are based a lot on the prices and
prestige of the web page where they are purchasing their product, in the same
way, they are based a lot on the comments that the same people provide to the
page since this gives them more confidence when buying or they choose to look
for other alternatives if the comments are very negative.
The image and design on the website are very important as it attracts the
attention of consumers.
