Experience of Procurement activities and functions including:


• Supply chain management
• Supplier risk assessment
• Cost analysis/modelling
• Vendor appraisal E
• Procurement Guidance, toolkits and training
• Supplier spend analysis
• Tendering/ RFQ/ RFI

Knowledge of epurchasing and electronic procurement techniques

Experienced in providing best practice procurement advice /


support and clear understanding of the Public Procurement and E
Public Contract Regulations 2015

Knowledge, skills and Ability to communicate effectively, with strong verbal and written
abilities communication skills, including ability to write concise and accurate E
reports.

Ability to consult with stakeholders and customers. E


Ability to analyse and think laterally, appraise and produce cost,
management and statistical information, summarising key points / E
recommendations to Boards, Committees, EMTs.
